Disclosure of Patient Information
Everyone working for the NHS has a legal duty to keep information about you confidential. The Practice works in line with the Caldicott Guardian guidelines.
Any data used for research studies would be anonymous. If you would like to know more about how we use information, please contact the Practice Manager.
Patients have the right to receive a copy of a letter written about them from one health professional to another. Copies are available on request.
