Total Triage
What is it?
Everyone contacting us needs to provide some information on the reasons for contact and this is triaged before an appointment is made.
How does it work?
A Doctor will look at the information provided and make a decision about how to best address the issue.
Why are we changing?
We want a fairer system for everyone and to improve access to our services. It will give you more flexibility and choice.
What is the new system called?
We will be using a system called Accurx Total Triage.
How is information given to the Doctor?
By completing a form via a unique link on our website, the NHS app or a link sent to your phone.
How will this benefit me?
Every patient query will be looked at by a Doctor. It will be much quicker and easier to complete the online form than calling us.
What if i can't use an online link?
You can still telephone us or visit us and one of our team members will complete the online form for you. Family members can also complete the form on your behalf.

Visit our facebook and/or attend one of our drop-in sessions at 1-2pm Tuesdays & Thursdays from the 18th – 27th February.
